[0:01] Tommy Bracco: Hey everyone, it's Tommy.
[0:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: And, oh, I'm sorry, I hiccuped.
[0:05] Phil Bracco: Hiccuped? I'm Anjelica.
[0:07] Tommy Bracco: I'm Phil.
[0:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: And...
[0:10] Tommy Bracco: You're listening to Bracco.
[0:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Why does he just stare at us and not say his name?
[0:12] Phil Bracco: I actually have a question for you.
[0:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: Why do you guys introduce yourselves, though?
[0:15] Tommy Bracco: Everyone knows who you are.
[0:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's just like a cute intro.
[0:18] Tommy Bracco: Like, a lot of podcasts have a cute little intro.
[0:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: That was actually the dumbest thing you've ever said.
[0:24] Phil Bracco: No, but like...
[0:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: Automated into the...
[0:27] Phil Bracco: Like, have it done already.
[0:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's just like an intro.
[0:29] Tommy Bracco: Oh.
[0:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like, why are you guys, like, physically saying it every time?
[0:32] Phil Bracco: Oh, he's right.
[0:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, because I like that it's not the same every time.
[0:35] Tommy Bracco: Oh.
[0:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like, it's fun.
[0:37] Tommy Bracco: Like, you said you hiccuped.
[0:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[0:39] Phil Bracco: It adds character sometimes.
[0:40] Tommy Bracco: And I used to do it in different languages.
[0:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, right.
[0:43] Phil Bracco: That was kind of weird.
[0:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, yeah.
[0:45] Phil Bracco: Yeah, that's weird.
[0:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[0:47] Phil Bracco: He thought that was, like, a cool thing.
[0:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't.
[0:49] Phil Bracco: No, it's weird.
[0:50] Tommy Bracco: We got John on with us again.
[0:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[0:53] Phil Bracco: Just in case anyone didn't.
[0:54] Tommy Bracco: He loves the traitors.
[0:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's introduced himself.
[0:56] Phil Bracco: I've never hated Uncle Phil more than I do tonight.
[0:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's...
[0:59] Phil Bracco: He's the worst vibes.
[1:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's really milking it.
[1:01] Phil Bracco: He's the worst.
[1:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[1:03] Phil Bracco: What?
[1:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I don't know what's wrong with him.
[1:05] Phil Bracco: Why is he bad vibes?
[1:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's nervous about the work thing because...
[1:07] Phil Bracco: No, I don't understand.
[1:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like, hate?
[1:09] Phil Bracco: That's a weird word to say.
[1:10] Tommy Bracco: Okay.
[1:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I don't like to...
[1:12] Phil Bracco: Despise?
[1:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[1:14] Phil Bracco: What?
[1:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: Hate's not nice.
[1:16] Phil Bracco: But he's soft.
[1:17] Tommy Bracco: Okay, guys. First off, relax.
[1:18] Phil Bracco: I've said a lot worse.
[1:20] Tommy Bracco: I mean, I just feel really bad right now.
[1:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, do you feel bad?
[1:22] Phil Bracco: No, no, no.
[1:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: But talk to us of why this is your vibe tonight.
[1:25] Phil Bracco: I don't...
[1:26] I don't even know what you're talking about.
[1:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: Are you cranky from work?
[1:28] Phil Bracco: Are you tired? Are you sleeping? Do you feel like you're working too much?
[1:31] Phil Bracco: Well, I mean, I'm working until 10 o'clock at night, getting up early. I went into the city today. I had to go back to get my passport, then go back to work, then come back home. You know what it is. I'm a little stressed out.
[1:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[1:38] Tommy Bracco: Oh, okay. So you're stressed.
[1:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't think his vibes are bad, but I do think usually his vibes are so excited about the podcast, and tonight he wasn't giving that.
[1:42] Phil Bracco: So forget it. Let's just shut it off.
[1:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, my God. His vibes are so bad. Let's just shut it off and go home.
[1:48] Phil Bracco: They were a little...
[1:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Bite your tongue. This is his only enjoyment probably for the week, but he can't even enjoy it because of all his stress.
[1:52] Phil Bracco: Yeah, but he's being a martyr, he's like really milking it.
[1:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: What's a martyr mean?
[1:54] Phil Bracco: I forget.
[1:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's Uncle Phil.
[1:56] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[1:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: A martyr, I think, means somebody who wants the acknowledgement.
[1:58] Phil Bracco: Is that true?
[1:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[2:00] Phil Bracco: Joey's saying it.
[2:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joe's saying it.
[2:02] Phil Bracco: Okay, Joey says...
[2:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey says...
[2:04] Phil Bracco: Joey says...
[2:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey says...
[2:06] Phil Bracco: Joey says...
[2:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey says...
[2:08] Phil Bracco: Joey says...
[2:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey says...
[2:10] Phil Bracco: Okay, Johnny.
[2:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[2:17] Phil Bracco: Joey's nodding.
[2:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey's saying yes.
[2:19] Phil Bracco: Yeah. I think that that's a good summary of martyr. Thank you for that.
[2:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: And I feel like the reason why they're not answering or confirming is because they don't really know what a martyr is either.
[2:25] Phil Bracco: Right, right.
[2:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I think it's somebody who wants praise if they...
[2:31] Phil Bracco: Why don't you confirm if what she said is right?
[2:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like if I... you died for a cause. If I surprise you and I clean your room, I want you to talk about how I cleaned your room and thank me a million times and like that. Like that's a martyr.
[2:42] Phil Bracco: Okay, got it.
[2:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think John's going to look up ChatGPT.
[2:47] Phil Bracco: ChatGPT.
[2:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: I always feel like we're so loud.
[2:49] Phil Bracco: He has to use AI to look at things up.
[2:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, and you don't?
[2:55] Phil Bracco: No, I don't use AI.
[2:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Guess what is the same as AI?
[3:02] Phil Bracco: Google.
[3:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: And your generation founded Google.
[3:05] Phil Bracco: So it's literally the same thing. And you Google stuff all the time or DuckDuckGo, whatever that app is.
[3:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm not really good at that stuff.
[3:14] Tommy Bracco: Anyway, we're here to talk about the traitors.
[3:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: I love how he's sitting like crisscross applesauce in that chair.
[3:19] Phil Bracco: He looks like a big circle.
[3:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's stuffed.
[3:22] Phil Bracco: He looks like a huge circle.
[3:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: You look like, you know that saying about sausage stuffed in a bag?
[3:27] Phil Bracco: Yeah, a stuffed sausage.
[3:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway.
[3:30] Phil Bracco: Sausage stuffed in a bag.
[3:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's just a stuffed sausage.
[3:34] Phil Bracco: John.
[3:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I meant...
[3:37] Phil Bracco: Never mind, I don't want to say it.
[3:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: Say it.
[3:40] Phil Bracco: He knows what I'm talking about.
[3:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: Why?
[3:42] Phil Bracco: Anyway.
[3:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: What is it?
[3:45] Phil Bracco: You can't do that and not say it.
[3:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Is it sexual?
[3:47] Phil Bracco: No.
[3:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: So then why can't you say it?
[3:49] Phil Bracco: Because it's not nice.
[3:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, let's move on.
[3:51] Phil Bracco: He knows what I'm saying.
[3:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Let's move on.
[3:53] Phil Bracco: All right.
[3:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Sausage stuffed in a circle? What was it? In a bag?
[3:57] Phil Bracco: Look at him.
[3:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you know what he's talking about?
[3:59] Phil Bracco: No.
[4:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: No idea.
[4:01] Phil Bracco: Oh.
[4:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know people listening to hear the traitors right now.
[4:03] Tommy Bracco: Okay.
[4:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[4:05] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[4:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[4:07] Phil Bracco: No, we'll get there, but I need to know what you meant.
[4:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[4:09] Phil Bracco: I'll tell you after.
[4:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[4:11] Phil Bracco: Okay, lip it to us now.
[4:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: Is he telling me that maybe he's saying it?
[4:13] Phil Bracco: We fat.
[4:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, our listeners.
[4:15] Phil Bracco: It's real talk.
[4:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: You look fat.
[4:17] Phil Bracco: That's what it is.
[4:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[4:19] Phil Bracco: Oh.
[4:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, all right. Well, it's because of the way you're sitting.
[4:22] Phil Bracco: The way he's sitting, he's...
[4:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: And also, your balls are exposed.
[4:24] Phil Bracco: Do you notice what he does?
[4:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: What?
[4:26] Phil Bracco: We were making fun of him because he said the analogy wrong, and then he somehow got us to forget that that's the original thing.
[4:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I'll tell you the analogy right now to prove you wrong.
[4:29] Phil Bracco: Oh, he was...
[4:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you get what I'm saying?
[4:31] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[4:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you get what I'm saying?
[4:33] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[4:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: Please tell me, because this is what he does. Like, we're like, oh, it's stuffed sausage.
[4:36] Phil Bracco: Yeah, right.
[4:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: And there's sausage in the bag. And he's like, no, you guys, you don't know what I'm saying. And I'm like, what are you saying?
[4:40] Phil Bracco: I know what he's trying to say is that he looks fat, but that was just a distraction from off the...
[4:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're so...
[4:43] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[4:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Holy...
[4:45] Phil Bracco: Yeah, that's what he does to me.
[4:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: That is some fucking shit.
[4:47] Phil Bracco: It's a spin zone.
[4:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know.
[4:49] Phil Bracco: It's so crazy.
[4:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Crazy gaslighting shit.
[4:51] Phil Bracco: He does that all the time.
[4:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's not true.
[4:53] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[4:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: He didn't like that we were trying to make fun of him.
[4:55] Phil Bracco: We were trying to make fun of him.
[4:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Believe what you want.
[4:58] Phil Bracco: Not true.
[4:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[5:00] Phil Bracco: Anyway. I'll tell you guys after.
[5:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, so now there's something new.
[5:03] Phil Bracco: It's a new analogy.
[5:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey knows.
[5:05] Phil Bracco: Do you?
[5:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, nobody knows, John.
[5:07] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[5:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway. What is this mysterious sausage in a bag?
[5:10] Phil Bracco: Anyway. We got to talk about the traitors, because I don't know.
[5:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:13] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:15] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:17] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:19] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:21] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:23] Phil Bracco: I don't know.
[5:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know.
[5:25] Phil Bracco: Anyway, we got to talk about the traitors, because me and John were freaking out over last night's episode.
[5:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: I was, too.
[5:28] Tommy Bracco: I wish you got ... First of all, I surprised my dad and showed him the traitors with him.
[5:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, yeah.
[5:36] Tommy Bracco: Thomas surprised his dad halfway through the episode.
[5:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm on the phone with Angelica and John, and I'm like, I'm going to go to my parents' house and surprise my dad to go watch the traitors with him.
[5:47] Phil Bracco: But you guys need to understand it's not normal how many times a week this man tries to surprise people in his life.
[5:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: His presence, like how John said before, he makes his presence such a surprise for others.
[6:01] Tommy Bracco: It's comical.
[6:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: But he didn't think so.
[6:04] Tommy Bracco: I wouldn't admit it at first, because I really didn't see it. I'm like, I don't think I like surprising people. I just want to do it right now, because I know he's going to love it.
[6:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway, I went through with the surprise, but the reaction was very underwhelming, I have to say.
[6:19] Tommy Bracco: You weren't really that excited to see it.
[6:20] Phil Bracco: No, wait. He literally said, okay.
[6:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you blame him?
[6:23] Phil Bracco: Do you blame him? I was off the computer working, and I was going to sit down and watch the TV. I said I'd watch a little TV to unwind, and then he popped up, and I went, okay.
[6:35] Tommy Bracco: I'm going to post the video of me surprising my dad.
[6:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: If you're going to say it, you've got to post it, because you keep saying things, we're going to post this on air, and they don't show up on the site.
[6:46] Phil Bracco: He's just going to shit on us all night. That's what's going to happen, he's just going to shit on us all night.
[6:52] Tommy Bracco: I don't care if you post it, but post it.
[6:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey before said that Uncle Phil was accepting of gays, and Uncle Phil literally attacked him.
[6:59] Phil Bracco: He said that, something horrific.
[7:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I said, who don't I accept?
[7:04] Phil Bracco: Oh yeah, but you were annoyed that Joey was just saying that.
[7:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I wasn't annoyed. I just said, the way he said it, I thought it was like, well, Phil accepts the gays.
[7:12] Phil Bracco: I was like, well, what do you mean?
[7:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: He thought he was saying he accepts the gays, but not other groups, and he's like, who don't I accept?
[7:18] Phil Bracco: You older people and your assumptions.
[7:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, I apologize if I was wrong.
[7:24] Phil Bracco: Well, you were.
[7:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, you were.
[7:26] Phil Bracco: You were wrong.
[7:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's crazy.
[7:28] Phil Bracco: You were.
[7:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's okay.
[7:30] Phil Bracco: Anyway, so me and John sat down and we wrote some of Thomas' surprises that he does for people.
[7:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: No way. You actually spent time writing that down?
[7:36] Phil Bracco: Just a few. It wasn't hard, because he does it so often.
[7:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm not even kidding. We did it in 30 seconds.
[7:42] Phil Bracco: I think it is a Bracco thing, because Phil loves to come in from California and just not tell anybody, and just show up.
[7:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: It is a Bracco thing.
[7:50] Tommy Bracco: I really didn't think that I liked doing surprises until they read me this list, and then I had to say, oh, yeah, they're right.
[7:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: So remember when Thomas and Cathy were on that podcast in Brooklyn?
[8:01] Phil Bracco: What was that? The Grown Up Italian Podcast.
[8:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: He surprised Cathy with the You Don't Own The Beach video?
[8:07] Phil Bracco: No.
[8:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, that actually is a good surprise.
[8:09] Phil Bracco: What?
[8:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, no, no, no, no.
[8:14] Phil Bracco: Back up.
[8:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: Back up.
[8:16] Phil Bracco: Back up.
[8:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're crazy.
[8:18] Phil Bracco: No, no.
[8:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't understand.
[8:21] Phil Bracco: It's something, right?
[8:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm pulling away from you.
[8:23] Phil Bracco: Do you understand something? That you needed the reaction of her, and the people, too.
[8:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: I do agree, but it's a terrible surprise.
[8:29] Phil Bracco: It still is a surprise.
[8:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's still a surprise.
[8:31] Phil Bracco: Nobody's arguing if it's a good one or a bad one.
[8:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: We could argue.
[8:34] Phil Bracco: I do think it was a good surprise, but I did surprise nonetheless.
[8:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[8:39] Phil Bracco: Terrible.
[8:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're on a podcast. You want to make it fun, so you put up a video of her.
[8:45] Phil Bracco: Of her getting in a fight.
[8:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[8:47] Phil Bracco: I thought it was a great one.
[8:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[8:50] Phil Bracco: Nobody's arguing that it's a bad one.
[8:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: I was.
[8:52] Phil Bracco: John was.
[8:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[8:54] Phil Bracco: Terrible surprise.
[8:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[8:56] Phil Bracco: That was a good surprise, John.
[8:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: John's always Miss Negative.
[8:58] Phil Bracco: Me?
[8:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: You?
[9:00] Phil Bracco: Did you just say Miss Negative?
[9:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Miss Negative.
[9:02] Phil Bracco: John's always Miss Negative.
[9:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: Miss Negative.
[9:04] Phil Bracco: Can we need an episode with that?
[9:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: Miss Negative is great.
[9:06] Phil Bracco: I love Miss Negative.
[9:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway, the traitors, to watch the traitors with you last night, me, he surprised me with in the past, about six months, a Wicked Ornament, Snow Caps, Rook's Coffee.
[9:27] Phil Bracco: He surprised-
[9:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: So he's thoughtful.
[9:29] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[9:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Thoughtful?
[9:31] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[9:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: With my surprises.
[9:33] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[9:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: But all surprises.
[9:35] Phil Bracco: With surprises.
[9:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: I have to admit it.
[9:37] Phil Bracco: So what are you going to say?
[9:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, I'm going to bring you over a couple of Rook's Coffee.
[9:40] Phil Bracco: Rook's Coffee?
[9:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[9:42] Phil Bracco: I mean, it makes no sense.
[9:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[9:44] Phil Bracco: I just showed up with it.
[9:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[9:46] Phil Bracco: I don't get it.
[9:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: The trip to Italy with Joey. He was going to surprise Joey with a dog down the aisle.
[9:49] Phil Bracco: All right.
[9:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: All right.
[9:51] Phil Bracco: You two were battling it out for surprises for the wedding with another topic.
[9:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[9:55] Phil Bracco: It's actually crazy.
[9:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[9:57] Phil Bracco: We do like surprises.
[9:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: I got to admit it after-
[9:59] Phil Bracco: He surprised Debbie for her birthday.
[10:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's so nice.
[10:01] Phil Bracco: You guys surprised Aunt Annabelle for her 60th when she didn't want it.
[10:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, wait, wait. Which is crazy.
[10:06] Phil Bracco: I don't care.
[10:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: Hold on. I didn't do that.
[10:10] Phil Bracco: That wasn't me.
[10:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Uncle Phil, you heard he said he surprised it.
[10:12] Phil Bracco: So Aunt Annabelle was in the back when we were talking about this and she's like, he surprised everyone in his life except for me.
[10:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: So then we realized that he does surprise her with only things she hates.
[10:22] Phil Bracco: He surprised her with that he got the vaccine.
[10:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: He surprised her with ... What else did he surprise her with?
[10:28] Phil Bracco: What else was it?
[10:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: Being gay.
[10:30] Phil Bracco: Oh, going to a gay strip club for a job.
[10:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, yes.
[10:32] Phil Bracco: That's right.
[10:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't even know that one.
[10:34] Phil Bracco: Oh, shit.
[10:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, she did.
[10:36] Phil Bracco: No, you did.
[10:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: I went and I was the host of a drag show.
[10:41] Phil Bracco: Oh, right, right, right, right, right, right.
[10:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, so he gives Aunt Annabelle surprises, just not good ones she wants.
[10:46] Phil Bracco: I got to give her a good one now.
[10:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[10:48] Phil Bracco: Here we go.
[10:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, boy.
[10:50] Phil Bracco: Don't tell her.
[10:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: I got to think on that.
[10:52] Phil Bracco: How about ...
[10:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Good thing she doesn't listen.
[10:54] Phil Bracco: Victoria also is big on surprises.
[10:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes.
[10:57] Phil Bracco: But him and Victoria surprised Phillip in California once.
[11:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yep.
[11:01] Phil Bracco: Yep.
[11:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Didn't you surprise Nicolette?
[11:03] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[11:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my God. You said you never surprised Nicolette in your life.
[11:07] Phil Bracco: No, that's not what I said.
[11:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: You said, I bet you surprised her a bunch in the last year, and I said, no, I really don't think I did.
[11:14] Phil Bracco: I think you said, I never surprised Nicolette in my life.
[11:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[11:18] Phil Bracco: Anyway ...
[11:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't know that I did the trip.
[11:20] Phil Bracco: Anyway, so I surprised my dad, I come over to watch The Traitors, and we were also screaming at the TV.
[11:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[11:26] Phil Bracco: It was a crazy episode.
[11:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: It was crazy.
[11:28] Phil Bracco: It was really crazy.
[11:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: It was nuts.
[11:31] Tommy Bracco: All right. It might be my favorite episode of The Traitors ever.
[11:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[11:35] Phil Bracco: Really?
[11:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm going to hear what you have to say, and then I have mine to say.
[11:40] Phil Bracco: It was the round table.
[11:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: That was nuts.
[11:42] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[11:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's the only part of the show that's ever good.
[11:44] Phil Bracco: Well, yeah. There's no other part of the show that's good.
[11:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: I have a feeling that we're going to be on the same page.
[11:48] Phil Bracco: Just letting you know.
[11:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Always.
[11:50] Phil Bracco: Oh.
[11:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: Actually, no, not always.
[11:52] Phil Bracco: We are.
[11:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wow.
[11:54] Phil Bracco: It was so natural.
[11:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: That was so nice, Miss Negative.
[11:56] Phil Bracco: All right, you guys.
[11:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Miss Negative.
[11:58] Phil Bracco: You guys are not doing a good job here.
[12:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, I'm sorry.
[12:01] Phil Bracco: He's never going to come on again.
[12:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, shit.
[12:03] Phil Bracco: Why?
[12:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Because we're teasing you?
[12:05] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[12:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: He can't handle it.
[12:07] Phil Bracco: He can give it.
[12:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: He can take it.
[12:09] Phil Bracco: Ooh.
[12:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[12:11] Phil Bracco: Ew.
[12:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: That was really gross, Dad.
[12:13] Phil Bracco: Okay. This is just not.
[12:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: What is wrong with you people tonight?
[12:15] Phil Bracco: This is just not fun.
[12:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: What is wrong with them tonight?
[12:17] Phil Bracco: Okay. Anyway.
[12:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: Treat us.
[12:20] Phil Bracco: Treat us.
[12:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: Treat us.
[12:22] Phil Bracco: Okay. So, Borson Robb did a phenomenal job at deflecting.
[12:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: Would you agree or disagree?
[12:29] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[12:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Borson Robb did great.
[12:31] Phil Bracco: He did a great job at the round table.
[12:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: He did unbelievable.
[12:33] Phil Bracco: John was sitting there going, Borson Robb's done. He's gone.
[12:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: And I said, I don't know. I think the way that they're editing the show, just based off of the edits and the things that they were putting in, I felt like Robb wasn't going to go home.
[12:44] Phil Bracco: But I just can't believe that they were able to switch on Wes.
[12:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: And the other crazy part was Wes's exit speech was crazy.
[12:54] Phil Bracco: And John just kept saying, this is who Wes is. This is who Wes is.
[12:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[12:57] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[12:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: I felt like that too.
[12:59] Phil Bracco: I wasn't. I didn't think it was that crazy.
[13:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: He was like, fuck you guys. I'm like, okay.
[13:03] Phil Bracco: That's how he always is.
[13:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's always doing the same shocking thing.
[13:06] Phil Bracco: It's not that shocking anymore.
[13:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's like-
[13:08] Phil Bracco: Like your surprises.
[13:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: Shut up, John.
[13:10] Phil Bracco: Shut up.
[13:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: You know what I thought was really good? I thought it was really crazy for him saying, all right, all of you, if you vote for me, I'm coming after you. Eyes on you or whatever.
[13:21] Phil Bracco: I hate it.
[13:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: You don't threaten the people that are about to vote.
[13:24] Phil Bracco: Right.
[13:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[13:26] Phil Bracco: That's three years in the challenge.
[13:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: And I love that Brittany said, well, Wes, you're going to have to make it six and then flipped her vote when it was Wes.
[13:32] Phil Bracco: I thought it was so Brittany.
[13:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[13:35] Phil Bracco: Boston Rob did a great job.
[13:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't like-
[13:38] Phil Bracco: Very calm.
[13:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[13:40] Phil Bracco: Yeah. It's like seeing how he stays calm is so thrilling to watch.
[13:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, he's not even shaking.
[13:46] Phil Bracco: Danielle was shaking when she was giving shields to other people.
[13:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Rob's literally sitting at the round table in front of everyone being hammered with questions.
[13:53] Phil Bracco: Can we admit, though, she might be the worst traitor ever?
[13:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Hands down.
[13:57] Phil Bracco: Hands down.
[13:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: She might be the worst game player ever.
[13:59] Phil Bracco: Worst game player, worst traitor, unbearable.
[14:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: Worst game player, worst traitor, unbearable.
[14:01] Phil Bracco: She has destroyed her reputation.
[14:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Destroyed.
[14:03] Phil Bracco: From Big Brother.
[14:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: These Big Brother legends need to stop going on.
[14:06] Phil Bracco: People like you from Big Brother need to start going on the traitors.
[14:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: They need to do more like-
[14:10] Phil Bracco: And why aren't you putting your name in the hat?
[14:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know what you mean by that.
[14:15] Phil Bracco: There's no hat to put your name in. It just happens.
[14:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: There's a handful of five Big Brother legends, and they've already run through, what, three of them?
[14:21] Phil Bracco: They did-
[14:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, they did all of them.
[14:24] Phil Bracco: I feel like-
[14:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, yeah. Wait.
[14:27] Phil Bracco: Rachel, Brittany, Cody-
[14:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: Cody, Janelle.
[14:29] Phil Bracco: Derek, Janelle, Danielle.
[14:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Dan.
[14:31] Phil Bracco: Dan.
[14:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: Big Brother.
[14:34] Phil Bracco: Yeah. Like, major. Like, big-
[14:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Will, Dr. Will.
[14:38] Phil Bracco: I mean, Mike Bogey and Brittany.
[14:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do we count Brittany?
[14:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, you did. I hate you. So there's like, maybe three or four left.
[14:51] Tommy Bracco: But I feel like almost like skip over them. Like stop with these big brother legends. I don't know, like, well, I like the big brother players, but not these main ones Derek is doing.
[15:00] Phil Bracco: He, I mean, I thought Boston Rob was done because he laid out the best case possible.
[15:08] Tommy Bracco: But we gave the others too much credit to vote him out. But he was also being a little arrogant, I felt there, Derek, when he was presenting.
[15:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: 100%. I agree. He's playing up the whole card. He was walking to, it's condescending. Like, he's like, everyone's being emotional instead of what was the word? Yes. He's like, I know exactly.
[15:31] Phil Bracco: Activity. Like, yeah, he's like, we're using emotions instead of objects. He was just being like, he just said, like, how ridiculous would it be if we don't vote? If you vote for Wes, because you don't like him? That's, that was the sentiment, which is, he was right. But the way he was delivering it, because he was trying to, he's trying to say it doesn't make sense. Let's focus on the fact he's the traitor. You don't want to go after him. It's stupid. Yeah. But you know how to read the room. They literally hated Wes because he was condescending.
[15:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. And then you're condescending to get them to. Yeah, it was very patronizing. I agree completely. It's just not reading the room.
[16:02] Tommy Bracco: Who was saying, who was saying to who? I feel like every time we go into the roundtable, you're just trying to rally votes behind you.
[16:08] Phil Bracco: Oh, so yeah, they said it about Wes.
[16:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, okay. I thought that made them know that he is a faithful, that that was an argument to try and support him being a faithful.
[16:26] Tommy Bracco: No, I don't think so.
[16:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, that's what they said. Like, the fact that you are trying to get numbers behind you lets me know that you really are faithful.
[16:35] Phil Bracco: I didn't take it that way at all.
[16:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. And I'm pretty sure somebody said the opposite. Somebody was like, you just want numbers to make sure that you're safe and somebody's vanishing. Not you, Joey.
[16:46] Phil Bracco: Could you shut that TV in there for us? Is that that TV? I hear it's like blasting.
[16:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. Thanks, Joey. Thank you. We have so much to get into on this episode. And yet, the episode doesn't start until the roundtable is literally week after week. It's so annoying.
[17:04] Tommy Bracco: I know, like the shields. I don't know. That was fine. Carolyn like went in and grabbed it. Tom Sandoval of all is hilarious. Like the way he's just so dizzy.
[17:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. The way he thought like Dolores is a traitor. Like just the most faithful person left in the game.
[17:16] Phil Bracco: I know people like the fact of the way they cast, but I actually think that they could do a much better job.
[17:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Talk closer to the thing.
[17:28] Tommy Bracco: Wait, I can't believe my mouth. I know, but it wasn't. I can't believe the TV. No. What a difference that made. I had no idea. It was blasting.
[17:33] Phil Bracco: But I think they could do a better job casting.
[17:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: I completely agree with you. Completely agree with you. I explained my theory already. They have, is it 20 people who start?
[17:43] Tommy Bracco: I don't know how many people start.
[17:47] Phil Bracco: It was 16 this year.
[17:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: You sure?
[17:48] Tommy Bracco: I'm pretty sure.
[17:53] Phil Bracco: I think it was more than 16.
[17:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, it was 16.
[17:57] Phil Bracco: No, I think there's 14 now. I mean, John, I mean.
[18:01] Tommy Bracco: And then they got three more people with whatever. It doesn't matter. So call it 20.
[18:07] Phil Bracco: 20 people that have 10 people that don't even know what planet they're on.
[18:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know that it's not fun. Irrelevant. Nobody takes them serious. Nobody listens to them. Dolores, Tom Sandoval, Sam, Britney Spears, and Chrishell. Like they're all just there to bring an audience.
[18:20] Phil Bracco: Yeah. But they're not relevant to the game.
[18:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: I will say the same thing. Like week after week, I just feel like they rested on the fact that it has a good reputation. It already has a built-in audience, but they didn't really work on this season to try and keep it interesting. Keep it fresh.
[18:31] Tommy Bracco: It also could be editing though too. Like, like there just could be so much other plot lines that we're not seeing because the editors just felt like they wanted to take that out or it was irrelevant. It may not be worth it.
[18:40] Phil Bracco: I mean, their judgment isn't always the best.
[18:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: No facts, but the whole game is, is focused around the gamers, the survivors, the paper. That's the, yeah, it's, it's, it's just, yeah.
[18:56] Tommy Bracco: People are just 20 placeholders, either 20 or 21.
[19:03] Phil Bracco: You're always wrong. It's fine.
[19:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I know. It's just not doing it for me. Honestly. Like everyone's obsessed with the show and I, I think I'm so frustrated by it because I think it has so much potential, but I would give it like a seven out of 10.
[19:19] Tommy Bracco: Like, um, it's not, I was screaming during the round table, but that's it. And the, I read it higher only because I genuinely look forward to watching it each week. Like there's not many shows that I feel that way about.
[19:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like the traders is a show that I, I get really excited. Say they, they, the next episode, they, I'm not saying this is what's going to happen, but for the hypothetical scenario, they murdered Derek.
[19:41] Phil Bracco: Then the round table, they banished Rob who, who's interesting. And like, who's carrying the rest of the show.
[19:47] Tommy Bracco: I like Carolyn, Carolyn, but you guys are saying, I'm not talking about like personal likes. I'm talking about like actual entertaining.
[19:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like who this is really Carolyn, I think.
[20:01] Tommy Bracco: So what you're saying is there's maybe like a person or two left.
[20:07] Phil Bracco: Yeah. I know there's, I know there's other people left, but it's, it's very few.
[20:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, Dylan, the rest are irrelevant. Dylan is this year's Peter Weber.
[20:17] Tommy Bracco: Oh, I think he's blowing away Peter.
[20:22] Phil Bracco: No, but why? He's smarter than Peter.
[20:27] Tommy Bracco: Tom, I think Peter was way better.
[20:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: What? Dylan's been wrong every week. He was right the one week and then got a good reputation and then has been wrong since.
[20:36] Phil Bracco: What am I missing though? That everything that they bring up against Rob is like, Oh, you came out after Bob the drag queen out of nowhere. They're forgetting the whole two weeks prior that Dylan went after Bob.
[20:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Because people forget stuff like that. And Rob was the one who made the closing case for Bob.
[20:44] Tommy Bracco: Like why is that not being brought up? That like, it's a plot hole.
[20:44] Phil Bracco: He doesn't know because he wasn't on a show.
[20:47] Tommy Bracco: I'll never forget. You were on the show. You know how it is.
[20:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: What does that mean?
[20:53] Phil Bracco: I, there is something. I don't know. What does that mean?
[20:57] Tommy Bracco: Like you were on the show. You know what the feeling is in that round table and stuff. Right. He doesn't know.
[21:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: So you're telling me everyone just forgot that Dylan went hard after Bob the drag queen two weeks in a row?
[21:09] Phil Bracco: Yeah. I mean, yeah. If Angelica says that and she was there, then I said like, yeah, you, you, the days are so long and so much happens in one day that the two days, uh, the first two episodes, the first two days get completely erased.
[21:15] Tommy Bracco: When by the third day you have Rob coming in hot and making the closing argument that winds up sending Bob home. You're not thinking of Dylan after all these days of being attacked at every round table, just completely forgets that Dylan was the one who brought up the whole Bob.
[21:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't think they forget, but I think that they know that Rob is the one who pretty much started and closed the case on Bob. And so that's who they're focusing on.
[21:35] Phil Bracco: But that makes no, he didn't start the case on Bob.
[21:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: So that's, that's a big point that I feel like would help Rob in his defense.
[21:46] Tommy Bracco: There's a few points last night. Like I can't believe right, John, I get what you're saying. Like everyone's blaming. Those points could have been said, we don't know.
[21:55] Phil Bracco: Right. There's literally two hours of that round table footage missing from last night's episode that we have no idea.
[22:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's why I was getting frustrated with Carolyn and Danielle. Why wasn't Carolyn saying, look at, these are reasons why I think Danielle is a traitor.
[22:06] Tommy Bracco: Danielle has been acting and walking just like a traitor would, but she wasn't using any of those points, but maybe she did. And we just didn't see them.
[22:15] Phil Bracco: Like she should have brought up like how she felt safe and didn't feel like she was going to get murdered. So she gave two other people the shields and then was acting weird.
[22:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't think Carolyn was in her right state of mind to make a clear, concise argument. I think she was emotional and she was just targeting her.
[22:28] Tommy Bracco: My point is she could have said it, but we just won't know.
[22:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: She could have. All right, wait, I want to go back really quick to your point about forgetting things. I remember when you were on the show, you told us that like, cause you were communicating through your Disney plus account that you guys knew Sari was a traitor.
[22:42] Tommy Bracco: Yes. And then everyone just forgot.
[22:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, they didn't forget though. They didn't forget. But they, no.
[22:51] Phil Bracco: They were told they couldn't use it.
[22:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: They brought it up and it got shot down. That's what happened. People didn't just forget.
[23:01] Tommy Bracco: Yes and no. Like, like Andy and Quintin, I mean, I don't know because then when I talked to them, they really did kind of forget.
[23:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like, yeah. Like when I, I know I had a conversation with Andy about that whole situation and Quintin.
[23:10] Phil Bracco: And when we saw each other at the reunion, like literally, what was it a year later?
[23:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: They were like, kind of like, didn't know what I was talking about. And I'm like, no, I knew we had this conversation.
[23:17] Tommy Bracco: That was also based off a rumor.
[23:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: What do you mean?
[23:26] Phil Bracco: It was a truth rumor.
[23:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, I don't know. I don't think, I don't think we can really talk about it.
[23:34] Tommy Bracco: What? I don't think we could talk about it. Right.
[23:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, all that you need to know is that you had a very strong feeling that Sari was a traitor.
[23:43] Phil Bracco: We had like a matter of fact.
[23:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: Off of something that wasn't part of the game. That happened off set.
[23:51] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. Okay. So that's very different than the situation we're talking about.
[23:55] Phil Bracco: But the point is, is that Andy and Quintin could have made up anything at the end because they knew, even though it wasn't production purposes, they could just be like, listen, I'm sorry for some reason. I just don't trust you.
[24:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's it. Don't throw a green fire.
[24:07] Phil Bracco: Right. The point is you forget.
[24:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: Maybe they didn't trust where the information came from, regardless of it's fact or not. You're in a game of deception and you're in a game of, like people just like that.
[24:15] Tommy Bracco: That's true. That's a good point.
[24:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's day one. I don't fucking know you. I don't believe what you're saying.
[24:25] Phil Bracco: I do think that there's something to what she's saying though, that you do kind of so much piles. It's like, think about like, it feels like a week.
[24:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Of course it's, it's recapping an episode. You're not going to recap. You're going to be like, oh shit, I forgot that happened.
[24:34] Tommy Bracco: I get what you're saying, but like you pile, if you pile a bunch of clothes, you're going to forget what's at the bottom of the pile. Does that make sense?
[24:39] Phil Bracco: Like it, right. Like nobody's remembering that Dylan so much information, but it's so relevant as Rob.
[24:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's so, it's so upset it, you don't know that.
[24:45] Phil Bracco: That's fair. I agree with that too. But I also think that you could forget because you, I bet so much important stuff comes and then you're right. You are questioning the source where it came from.
[24:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: So I do think that there's something to be said that you kind of, things just get so piled up.
[24:58] Tommy Bracco: I agree. You don't know if it's true or not.
[25:04] Phil Bracco: I agree, but not for this. If you're next on the line and someone, and everyone keeps hitting you with, you started it, you started, you started, it was like, you were there, you know, what happened?
[25:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're like, wait, no, I actually, I didn't start it.
[25:14] Phil Bracco: Yeah. Dylan started it. And it was a thing. Like it was a thing enough for them to put it in the edit. The first two episodes.
[25:18] Tommy Bracco: I totally agree with that. I agree that things get forgotten, but that's too big of a thing and too relevant to Rob in his defense every night to just forget.
[25:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: I got to be honest with you, Joe. I think you're right. If she would have said, and she thought she was so safe that she was given away the shield. I think you're 100% right.
[25:28] Phil Bracco: I think she would have really swayed some people over with that. 100%.
[25:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: She needs to point out of the reasons of why Danielle is been acting like such a shitty trader.
[25:38] Tommy Bracco: But I don't think that Carolyn went into that round table, trying to take down Danielle. I think she just wanted to say out loud.
[25:43] Phil Bracco: I know Danielle saying my name, let me defend myself and call it out. I don't think her goal was to get Danielle banished.
[25:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: She wasn't doing like what Derek was doing coming up.
[25:53] Tommy Bracco: And she said the only two people I want to murder is you too.
[25:59] Phil Bracco: No, Carolyn's the best part of the season. If it weren't for Carolyn, I actually would not really be enjoying the season.
[26:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: He is great. He's a great game player.
[26:11] Phil Bracco: But that might actually be a good thing because the way they're telling each other, that might be a good thing.
[26:16] Tommy Bracco: I was thinking that when the two girls were going against each other at the round table, I'm like, this is great for their game. This is great as being two traders.
[26:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's awesome. Because you're getting their vocal. You're not just sitting back on the sidelines.
[26:26] Phil Bracco: The reason Derek thinks Brittany's a trader, crazy because he feels like she's too hidden in the back.
[26:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: What she says, you're a dirty scumbag. That was a little much.
[26:37] Tommy Bracco: Nope, that's great. That's what I would say to you. You're a dirty-
[26:40] Phil Bracco: Bring it on. What did she say?
[26:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: She called him a scumbag, a dirty scumbag. That's kind of insulting to somebody that you're friends with.
[26:46] Tommy Bracco: I said to John, I said, we'd have a big problem if you stood in front of a girl the way Derek stood in front of Brittany. No way.
[26:50] Phil Bracco: And I said, you're extremely toxic and you need to find help for that.
[26:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's standing.
[26:56] Phil Bracco: It's standing.
[26:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, the way he did it.
[27:01] Phil Bracco: She needs to work on that. That's a very bad time break.
[27:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, so Brittany was leaning against the dresser and Derek came over. So Brittany was leaning like this and Derek came over and he, facing her, straddled.
[27:10] Phil Bracco: So her legs were in between him and his legs were straddled over her.
[27:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: And he was just like, I don't know. He was just like over her.
[27:18] Phil Bracco: But your brain is so toxic. That's why he thought that.
[27:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: It was more of a like, he wanted the smoke from her.
[27:25] Phil Bracco: Like what? He knew that there was going to be a beef.
[27:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: The smoke from her.
[27:30] Phil Bracco: He did. He did. He wanted-
[27:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: I agree.
[27:32] Phil Bracco: He knew there was going to be a beef. So he was like, what's up?
[27:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: I need Joey. Joey.
[27:38] Phil Bracco: You can't forget it. That's bad. If he agrees with you-
[27:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, he's Joe's hoarding.
[27:43] Phil Bracco: Oh shit.
[27:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey, you're being attacked. Come defend yourself.
[27:47] Phil Bracco: Joey, if-
[27:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Come on.
[27:49] Phil Bracco: If a gay guy came, John, stick your legs out.
[27:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, use the microphone because we can't hear you as you tell it.
[27:54] Joey: Okay. If you can hear me like this. If a gay guy, if Thomas was talking-
[27:58] Phil Bracco: And they were fighting, not talking. They were arguing.
[28:01] Joey: No, like flirt fighting.
[28:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, talk in the mic, Joe. We can't hear you.
[28:04] Joey: They were flirt fighting.
[28:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: That wasn't flirt fighting.
[28:08] Phil Bracco: They were like, kind of flirting, but not really fighting.
[28:11] Joey: That wasn't flirt fighting.
[28:13] Phil Bracco: I have no patience for this because this is ridiculous.
[28:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's Thomas.
[28:17] Phil Bracco: This don't make any sense.
[28:19] Joey: And he comes and stands like this over him.
[28:21] Phil Bracco: That's not what happened. That's legitimately not what happened.
[28:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: That is not what happened, Joe.
[28:28] Phil Bracco: Sit down. You're losing me here. You're losing me here.
[28:31] Joey: He was just standing like to be comfortable. He was just standing like this.
[28:34] Phil Bracco: I don't know. Whatever.
[28:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: He was being confrontational.
[28:39] Phil Bracco: Yeah, he's like-
[28:40] Joey: He knew that he lied to her because he thinks she's a traitor.
[28:43] Phil Bracco: So the legs are in between the straddled legs.
[28:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: And not only that, they can't be too loud.
[28:48] Phil Bracco: That's weird, right?
[28:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, it's not. It's not weird.
[28:52] Phil Bracco: The fact that Joey's agreeing with you is problematic because Joey's a psychopath.
[28:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think it could be interpreted as like tension a little bit.
[28:59] Phil Bracco: Like if they're fighting like that.
[29:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, they're 100% one-sided.
[29:02] Phil Bracco: That's literally how they were fighting.
[29:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, there wasn't sexual tension at all.
[29:06] Phil Bracco: It was kind of like, you really think that?
[29:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I don't know.
[29:10] Phil Bracco: No, no. This is outrageous.
[29:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway, crazy at first, folks. Brittany and Derek are together.
[29:15] Phil Bracco: No, don't even say that.
[29:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: Are they single? Are they both single?
[29:18] Phil Bracco: No, they're both married.
[29:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: They're both married.
[29:20] Phil Bracco: Stupid.
[29:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: You would think Danielle Ray has never played a game before in her entire life.
[29:25] Phil Bracco: She is trying.
[29:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: So hard she it's actually hard. It's bad. She's trying so hard like in the turret when she was saying like what you did, try getting Brittany out. I'm here, right? Something about it is just giving desperate, like she just seems so desperate. Well, no, she's cracking and it's really not, it's spiraling around. I think like think about what I think about Cody when he was on it. He talks about how like this game is so much more of a mind fuck than any other thing that he did. I feel like we're seeing that crack in Danielle the way that—oh, yeah, of course. I'm sure she'll come out and say the same things when she's done. But oh, well, she is done. But when she's able to talk about it, um, yeah, I just feel like like John said, like that comment just was so amateur.
[30:21] Tommy Bracco: Yes, like well you did say Brittany's it like what do you want a random girl from high school? Like yeah, it's just weird. What she should do, Danielle, is take Carolyn aside and be like listen, it made no fucking sense my train of thought, but the truth is I want to take out Rob and I thought that you were working with him and I thought that I needed to take you out first in order to get to him.
[30:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: She's saying say that now or she should have said that. She should say that at this point. I do it now.
[30:50] Phil Bracco: Degrees don't, you're also not dealing with like, you know, she would have said it before maybe.
[30:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, she should have come clean when Carolyn second Carolyn heard about saying her name. She should have said, okay, these are the people I said it to and this is the reason why, like it's stupid. It wasn't, it didn't make sense. But that is, I'm coming clean and I want to be on the same side as you. This was never meant to be me versus you. This was meant to be me trying to get to Rob and I thought that I needed to get to you before I had to get—which is dumb. Like that is the dumbest thing in the world. It is so dumb. It's all process. You know, everyone's on Rob. So stupid, but she needed to say that in that moment or right after that after the beginning of the episode.
[31:31] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, now it's when they were in the episode when they were in the turret together like and they were the first confrontation. Also, imagine being in a game where you don't trust people and someone comes up to you and tells you something that's so dumb. Although true, you'd be like, there's no way that person's that dumb that they think I'm gonna believe that, right? It's such a bad idea and like strategy that it's unbelievable.
[31:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: I can't wait when she said another plane just crashed. That's so crazy. No way. Yeah, in Philadelphia. Four minutes ago, multiple casualties have been reported after a plane crashed into a residential neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia.
[32:06] Phil Bracco: Jesus, that's so crazy. This is so weird, and I don't know, I don't—that's weird. All right, that's horrible and something about it just feels like no, even the other one felt so weird. If it can't be a coincidence that now all these planes are having issues, especially I'm going on a plane and then to a residential neighborhood. I don't know, this whole thing's weird.
[32:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, this is so weird. Flames. And it was a small plane, it wasn't staged like I know what you see that people are dying, but you see some small planes crash in the past. What happened yesterday was a lot different.
[32:48] Tommy Bracco: Wasn't there another one today besides this one?
[32:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't hear with another one today. That's what Joey told me. I thought this was the third one.
[32:56] Phil Bracco: I don't know. Anyway, whatever. Well, let's talk about Carolyn and just like people being really mean to her too. That is this like when you were there, was it like high school with people insulting each other like this?
[33:11] Tommy Bracco: Who insult? I missed that.
[33:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: She said it too, right? She said it, she was left the room and they said she's crazy.
[33:20] Phil Bracco: Oh, that was a few episodes ago.
[33:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, right, but it's been constant with her because she's different. I think she said that. I think that she just comes off very different and sometimes people—I don't think that people meant anything by it, like we call each other crazy all the time, but I bet they all love her.
[33:36] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, I called Joey a psycho every day.
[33:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I know, but you know, Joe Sam. They don't know, they don't know her.
[33:46] Phil Bracco: Right, to be saying that somebody who just met is kind of weird. I think, yeah, I don't know. I mean, it was definitely clicky like what you stick with your groups kind of, but I think you just—
[34:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: I so I am loving how emotional Carolyn is and like how she's not afraid of confrontation. I loved the last two minutes of the episode was insane when she was in the turret.
[34:15] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, yeah, and she was like, I think we're gonna go after you, Danielle. Like what did she say? No, but Rob was, I would so like who we gonna—what are we gonna do now? She's like go after Danielle.
[34:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh sick, she really is like just talk about a good kiss and a bad kiss. She was phenomenal. Yes, she was meant to play a game like this. She's not afraid of confrontation. She's a little emotional, but she's also an actual good game player. She is like the ideal blueprint of a little dirty in the turret edits like it seems like she's doing nothing.
[34:53] Phil Bracco: Yeah, they never show her off, but she definitely does. Like they just show her saying no to everything and having a problem with everything, but they never show her—
[35:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: There's a certain narrative.
[35:03] Phil Bracco: Yeah, they're painting the narrative that she's the victim and she just got like no one listened to her and—
[35:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, you never see my suggestions.
[35:12] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, so do you see—did you see when Danielle goes, well, you did like you wanted to kill her and Boston Rob was—
[35:20] Phil Bracco: What?
[35:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, what's the robberies faces were so—
[35:27] Tommy Bracco: No, Boston Rob, the point that I saw my unbelievable was that the point that he made like look who's still here, me and I ever, me because I'm gonna get banished at the roundtable and I ever because everyone knows that for a fact that he's a faithful. Yeah, and that would cause confusion like that was such a sick point.
[35:44] Phil Bracco: I don't know, he's so good.
[35:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, that was good. So I put up on my Instagram story that he's one of my favorites, yeah, and everyone messaged me that they can't stand him. So people aren't loving him.
[35:58] Tommy Bracco: Why?
[35:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: Every message I got, my favorites that are Rob, Gabby, Sierra, so underrated. Yes. Yeah, it was great. Brittany, underrated, needs more showtime. Dylan and Carolyn, and then I wrote Sam and Danielle need to go. Everyone was messaging me like I cannot stand Rob.
[36:16] Phil Bracco: Everyone clients, random people, Keelan, Herman, like I think it's because the general audience isn't like huge fans of the game aspect. They're just like he's overpowers and it's like casual viewers are like he's condescending, he's annoying, he's like—
[36:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, yes, yes.
[36:31] Phil Bracco: They don't get it. I'm like no guys, he's literally masterminds.
[36:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, he's doing great.
[36:36] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, no, that whole Ivor point was great. And that was his thought process when he was gonna murder. Yeah, like he was gonna, but like he just used it to his advantage, but I was gonna get banished next episode. These people are brain dead.
[36:52] Phil Bracco: I know, absolutely, but again, remember so much happens in a day. It's very easy to forget, but it doesn't matter at this point. You just take the shot. But also, if I feel like if I was a smart faithful, I do think that they should get a minute. It's stupid not to, but at the same time, I could wait, always get him in the end and not there and just hold him and hang out with him and be close with him.
[37:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, maybe, I don't know, but that could backfire because you never know how many there are. So the more you have around, I don't know, it's tricky, but they—I mean, so they're safe. They're trying to get a traitor. They should vote him out. It's so easy. They showed us the coming attractions for next week. It was something about the traitors murdering face-to-face. I wonder how that—
[37:25] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, so basically everyone’s gonna come in one at a time and the traitors will be there for the person who's getting murdered and they'll say they'll reveal themselves only to the person that they're murdering.
[37:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my god, I would love that.
[37:40] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[37:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: How are they all gonna walk in one at a time because then they're gonna know?
[37:44] Tommy Bracco: No, if they have their hoods down and they don't see who else is walking in and out, the editing like that, they're gonna edit to make it look like it flows, but they probably like separate people room at a time. Like it probably goes over the course of hours so that way they can keep everyone separate and you don't know who's in there. Does that make sense?
[38:11] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[38:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: Days used to separate us a lot and bring us in like you wouldn't see other people going in and out of places, right?
[38:19] Tommy Bracco: Think about it. The traitors had to film their little turret scene.
[38:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes. Yeah, I never knew how they did that. They would take us literally one by one in increments of like 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
[38:28] Phil Bracco: But you said it wasn't in the castle, so you had to go somewhere.
[38:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, so they're gonna drive them somewhere and I'm driving back.
[38:35] Tommy Bracco: Oh no, they kept them there and put them in a separate room. We do it. We were locked in a room. Let's say they would take me out, put me in the car, send me home. Then they want to trade her out.
[38:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, one at a time in increments of 5, 10, or 15, take a traitor out, put them in another room in the castle, but we all thought they went home, right? Take another person out, they go home. You know what I mean?
[38:55] Phil Bracco: Mm-hmm. Yeah.
[38:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: So, you know, I get it. Who are—I wonder, like I feel like we're in a phase of the game where it's like the Rob show, the Derek show, and I feel like all of it's gonna come to a head very soon and I'm curious what the next phase of this season is gonna be like who—what I'm getting at is like who the new faces and personalities are that are going to emerge. I'm excited. I mean, I think Brittany has great potential. I don't see her getting murdered. I think they planted the scabby her this week.
[39:19] Tommy Bracco: I think you're right, Brittany, Carolyn. I think that she's gonna be caught amazing saying now that she's a traitor because they want to keep them. So now she's not gonna get murdered. I think she'll get recruited maybe and then she will be a traitor.
[39:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know she'd be the perfect recruit. She would be her and Rob are like my dream team.
[39:41] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I also love Gabby. Gabby, so Gabby, Gabby is one of my favorites. Did you see her TikTok about Wes?
[39:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, you did.
[39:51] Phil Bracco: Did you see it?
[39:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I didn't see it.
[39:56] Phil Bracco: She's so good. You guys watch White Lotus?
[39:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes. Yes.
[39:58] Phil Bracco: So I saw someone tweet Jennifer Coolidge. Yeah, you should come back as Jennifer Coolidge's daughter. Yeah, he did. He's funny, but too funny.
[40:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Suspicious behavior, there's only room for one and he was dying to be a traitor. Oh, he wanted to be a traitor so bad. He said it.
[40:21] Phil Bracco: So why wouldn't I falsely accuse you at the roundtable and then change my vote to the real traitor?
[40:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: So why wouldn't I falsely accuse you and then change my vote last minute to the real traitor?
[40:44] Phil Bracco: Oh.
[40:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's what she did.
[40:49] Phil Bracco: Because she's being stupid, like she's like she knows what she's doing.
[40:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, she does know what she's doing. She's so smart and that's she plays this character, but she's very witty.
[40:59] Phil Bracco: That's exactly it. But did she want to get Rob out? Like that's what I'm not understanding. Did she? She voted for Rob to get—
[41:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: Why would she falsely accuse Wes and make people vote for him?
[41:07] Phil Bracco: But she really thought it and probably at some point, you know what I mean? I think at some point she probably did think like Wes, like you might be a traitor and then—
[41:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: She—
[41:17] Phil Bracco: Like got convinced.
[41:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, but do you get what I'm saying?
[41:24] Phil Bracco: I do, she's bragging about something that derailed what she wanted.
[41:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I hear you, but she's a genius.
[41:30] Tommy Bracco: Wow, yeah, well listen, for two of the four of us aren't loving the show and we spoke only five minutes loving it the show.
[41:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I gotta ask you on the beach games. Yes, how messed up was that guy taking six hundred fifty thousand dollars?
[41:45] Phil Bracco: I didn't think it was messed up. I would do the same thing.
[41:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, absolutely. He just wanted to talk about something else so bad, so bad. No, no recap. Go ahead.
[41:55] Phil Bracco: No, definitely something else. When you're that close and you're like, oh my god, now I'm so close, I could actually taste it, but there's still a chance I could walk away with nothing. I'm gonna take the opportunity to walk away with something and—
[42:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: You would screw out over these people.
[42:12] Phil Bracco: Yes, absolutely.
[42:22] Tommy Bracco: So you wouldn't do like two hundred thousand, you're gonna do six hundred fifty thousand dollars?
[42:24] Phil Bracco: Yes, absolutely.
[42:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: You tried.
[42:30] Phil Bracco: Scumbag, I think he's a dirty scumbag. I don't use those words.
[42:35] Tommy Bracco: So what do you think of him when you hear that answer? I'm just a little surprised, but that's two kids, that's two sets of twins.
[42:38] Phil Bracco: See, see John is what he's taking. He's a money guy.
[42:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: So another show I gotta win and now the other guy who looked like he wants to continue, the other guy who didn't take the million dollars with the beard?
[42:50] Phil Bracco: Yeah, and then he did a great move picking the girl's friend.
[42:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: He did. Well, no, that was the whole thing. It wasn't really her friend and that was weird editing. That's like a whole other combo that we can't even really get into because they didn't watch it, but they really like I wish I knew their names even, but he picked her and they alluded to the fact that he only picked her because both of them were black and he just assumed that they would know each other and be friends because they were both black.
[43:21] Tommy Bracco: You're kidding me.
[43:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know that that's why, because she was like, I don't really talk to her, we're not really that good friends.
[43:25] Phil Bracco: Well then why don't when he kill her? Why when she'd just kill him then if she did?
[43:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: She wound up, but it wasn't that hard for her to get—she felt bad for the girl, Jazzy, her name was, but he only—they alluded to the fact that he picked her because they were both black.
[43:39] Phil Bracco: This sounds like a topic on Uncle—
[43:45] Tommy Bracco: Look at how little his eyes are. Wait, hold on. He didn't get killed. He did, the guy Dean, his name was, right? He didn't die.
[43:51] Phil Bracco: Yeah, the guy died.
[43:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, not with—
[43:58] Phil Bracco: Anyway, I'm ready. One, it's been real.
