Matt DeAngelis is a Broadway performer whose credits include Swept Away, in which he appears in the original Broadway production as part of the ensemble and serves as an understudy. He has also been in the Broadway revival of Waitress (as ensemble and understudy to roles including Dr. Pomatter and Earl) and made his Broadway debut in Hair (in the role of Woof).
Off and on stage, DeAngelis has appeared in national tours of Once, American Idiot, and Waitress. His non-theatrical work includes television appearances in For Life, Evil, Chicago P.D., and other series. He trained at Boston Conservatory and is proficient in multiple instruments, including guitar, piano, drums, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele.
