Olivia made her Broadway debut in 2022, originating the role of Delia in the Tony Award-winning musical Kimberly Akimbo at the Booth Theatre. Her portrayal was part of the show's acclaimed teen quartet, contributing to the production's critical success.
Prior to her Broadway debut, Hardy toured nationally as Duckling Donna in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, portraying the legendary singer in her early years. In 2024, she took on the role of Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors at the Ogunquit Playhouse.
As of 2025, Hardy portrayed Heather Duke in the Off-Broadway production of Heathers: The Musical at New World Stages, which began performances on June 22, 2025.
Originally from Southern New Jersey, Hardy holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan
